Sarasota Memorial Hospital - Center Gate Office Park
Project consisted of 13,500 sf of existing tenant space renovation while on an occupied campus. This facility serves the internal departments of finance, IT services, payroll and remote property management.
The project consisted of phased progression to complete certain areas in time for end of year leases at existing facilities. This project required coordination with a number of individual departments of the hospital.
