Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care - Lakewood Ranch Residence and Administration
This 22,000 SF Tidewell Hospice facility is located in Lakewood Ranch and currently features 12 beds. The facility was configured for future expansion to a total of 24 beds. The facility features a centralized nursing station and offices with a kitchen and dining areas and a common living area. There are also quiet room for grief counseling.
The spacious patient rooms are approximately 300 square feet and include space for loved one to visit and to stay on site. The rooms have fold-out beds for overnight guests.
The facility also features state-of-the-art technology with an enhanced call system and in-room charting for the nurses.
This Hospice was designed and built to withstand a Category 5 hurricane.
