World Precision Instruments
This design build project consisted of a 15,030 square foot Butler Building addition. Willis A. Smith Construction hired and oversaw a local engineer and architect on the design of this new facility. This new addition consists of office and assembly areas, new computer server room, restrooms, storage, shipping area and break room. The existing driveway was reworked to accommodate semi-truck traffic and a truck turnaround area along with new parking areas were added. An existing drainage ditch was piped and filled in to allow for maximization of the required allowable parking.
