This project is a four-story, 30,725 SF commercial office building with a parking garage on the first level. The City of Sarasota is consolidating their building, utility, and zoning departments into one space. The primary use of this building is office space with a small high-density storage area.
The site has an almost zero lot line and the building is constructed on piles.
