Beebe Architects Design Studio-Addition and Renovation
This project consisted of completely renovating the exterior of the building, which included removal of stucco, stone and roof overhang. Two entry towers and stucco with fypon trim around the complete exterior were also added. Salvaged roof tiles from the old Venice Train Depot on the entry towers and new canopies were used. We completed the interior finish of the front half of the building for the architect’s new offices including adding sky-lights in main design room. All this work was done while working around the existing tenants and keeping their business open.
