City of Bradenton Fire Station 2
This project consists of a new two-story, 15,907 square foot fire station and the associated sitework. The faciilty will include living quarters and accommodations for a 24/7 full-time staff of six firefighters and will include three bays for fire and rescue apparatus.
Fire Station #2 is designed and constructed to Category 4 storm standards with power redundancy. The latest Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood elevations and construction requirements will apply. This fire station also includes the traditional firemen’s pole for a quick descent to the first floor.
