North Port Public Safety Building
This facility is a 24,000 SF Fire Station/Police Substation serving the new Wellen Park development and surrounding areas. The facility includes apparatus bays, bunkrooms, large meeting spaces, offices, locker rooms, interview rooms, a kitchen/dining room and a free-standing 1,500 SF garage and helicopter pad.
