Ringling College of Art & Design - North Hall Student Housing
This project was built simultaneously with the RCAD Academic Building. They were the first USGBC LEED certified projects on the Ringling campus. The first floor of this building features offices, classrooms, a mail room, recreational room, and a student project room. The second floor contains 26 single dorm rooms, two triple dorm rooms (total 32 beds), one student project room, one study room, a warming kitchen and two laundry rooms. The third, fourth and fifth floors have 26 single dorm rooms, two triple dorm rooms (total 32 beds), one student project room, one study room and two laundry rooms.
The facility achieved USGBC LEED Gold Certification.
