Sarasota Memorial Hospital - Bee Ridge Urgent Care Center
This project completed for Sarasota Memorial Hospital, was for the conversion of an existing office tenant space into an Urgent Care Clinic. SMH’s 5th Urgent Care. The project required 6,600 SF of interior demolition through to the exterior walls. This facility was constructed for non-emergency situations and included 12 new patient rooms, Lab, X-ray and completely new electrical service upgrades.
From start to finish the construction lasted for three and a half months.
