Sarasota Memorial Hospital Medical Office – Lorraine Corners
This new facility was constructed on one acre of property and consisted of a 12,000 SF medical office facility in partnership with First Physicians Group. The facility was broken up into three different tenant areas with three separate waiting rooms. The facility currently holds practices for internal medicine, pediatrics, and a practice to be named later. At the present time six different doctors are seeing patients in the facility and have use to over 20 exam rooms, a lab area and three nurse stations and accommodates 74 parking spots for patients.
