SBSC-Booker High School Administration Building & Booker Elementary School Renovations
On the Booker High School Campus the project consisted of a new two-story administration building and renovation of existing buildings on campus including utility relocations and connections to the existing physical plant. The new building was located in the center of an existing high school campus and work was scheduled without interruption to on-going school activities. The renovation work included complete interior renovation of existing elementary school with new firewalls, partitions, finishes, plumbing, electrical and HVAC connected to the existing chilled water system.
The renovation work on the existing elementary school was completed five months ahead of schedule and within the original budget in order to be open for the new school year.
