SBSC-Gulf Gate Elementary Replacement School
Gulf Gate Elementary Replacement School included building a new 133,000 SF school on an existing operating campus. In order to minimize the impact of the construction to the existing facility, the work was split into two phases. Phase I involved building the new building on the existing athletic fields on the west side of the site. Phase II included the demolition of the existing school and the construction of new parking lots, bus stops, play fields and a covered play area. Responsibilities include Construction Management At-Risk, Pre-Construction Cost Analysis, Demolition, Student/Staff Safety, Reporting, and Operational Training and Warranty Monitoring.
