SBSC-Suncoast Technical College - Phases IA & 2
The Suncoast Technical College (North County Technical Center Phase 1A/2) project was the second phase of the SCTI campus reconstruction and houses the first portion of the technical education programs being relocated to new facilities. Approximately 200,000 SF, the building was constructed at the southeast corner of the existing SCTI campus and adjacent to the retention pond at the corner of Beneva and Proctor Roads. The building consists of a two-story section and a three-story section connected by a large, open atrium. In addition to administrative offices for the SCTI campus, the building includes state-of-the-art teaching spaces for many of the school’s technical programs including nursing/health sciences, cosmetology, culinary arts, and media production.
