SBSC - Wellen Park High School
Construction of a new three-story School Board of Sarasota County High School Building and Athletic Field complex on a vacant 77 acre site. The site is located at the intersection of Manasota Beach Road and South River Road in Englewood, FL. The proposed new buildings total approx. 320,000 SF. Additional campus work entails: synthetic turf football field, track & field assemblies, nine-lane running track, volleyball courts, exterior basketball courts, tennis courts, practice soccer fields, baseball field, softball field, and stadium bleachers.
