Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care - Ellenton Residence and Administration
With the demand for Hospice and Palliative care in north Manatee County the need for the Ellenton Hospice became a priority. This project is located on five acres and consists of a 5,338 SF Administration Building and the 10,100 SF Hospice House containing six-private in-patient rooms. Each room and bath is finished in individual coordinated designs. The House includes a full kitchen, dining, living room and fireplace. The new Administrative Office facility features office spaces for the administration staff, counseling rooms, meeting facilities, work stations for nurses, kitchen, and IT facilities. Both buildings were constructed from masonry, metal trusses, and a metal roof system. The project also includes one emergency diesel generator which can operate both buildings.
