Wellen Park Downtown

WASC was selected to build six structures for the new downtown district of the Wellen Park development. The buildings include, restaurants, a town hall, mixed-use for offices and a restaurant and public restrooms. Also included is a Fire/Police station which will serve as a public safety facility.
