FSU-Ringling Museum of Art-Tibbals Learning Center II
This expansion to the Tibbals Learning Center building added 24,475 square feet to the existing Circus Museum. The addition includes 12,000 square feet of exhibition space and 12,000 square feet of storage space. The first floor of the 24,475 square foot facility showcases exhibitions celebrating the history of circus performance and further serves the educational mission of the Museum. The second floor will be used to establish the Tibbals Center for the Study of the American Circus and be well-equipped for research by scholars and curators, as well as state-of-the art storage facilities. The exhibition space features interactive and creative galleries that celebrate the history of circus performances. The building is a USGBC LEED® Certified facility.
